Smoked Tomato Jam

Thumbnail imageSmoked Tomato Jam draws its inspiration from the Southern United States, via my Sous Chef, Michael Fincher, and his recipe for pulled pork sandwiches.

 

Made with fresh tomatoes, Spanish onions and garlic, all naturally smoked over pecan wood, and then cooked with cider vinegar, sugar and a hint of chili.

 

Serve with roasted pork chops, meat balls, burgers, sausage and even a simple grilled cheese sandwich.  For more great idea's check out the recipe page.
