Just Wing'it has come a long way since it was created for chicken wings! At Sam Jakes we started to experiment. We added it to ground beef for quick and easy burgers, used it as a base for really quick stir fry's and added it to soups and sauces.

Here is my favorite Roast beef recipe that I have modified with the just wing it/ or even better just smokin' sauce...

  • 1 1/2 Cups Oil 1/4 Cup worchestshire sauce ( I know I can't spell let alone pronounce it)
  • 2 1/4 Tbls of Salt
  • 1/2 cup of wine ( I prefer Red but white will do)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (Crushed) 3/4 Cup Soya sauce
  • 2 Tbls Dry Mustard
  • 1 Tbls pepper
  • 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 -3/4 cup of Just Wing IT or better yet Just Smokin' sauce.

Combine all ingredients into large bowl, place roast into marinade and place into fridge for at least 6-8 hours (its better if you leave overnight). Flip roast every few hours and stir marinade when flipping. Cook Roast in oven as normal, or on the bbq on med low heat. you can scale down the ingredients and use this on steak as well... Hope you enjoy this as much as we did.
